4 Week Training Plan
In- app (smartphone app) individualized, detailed training plan and daily workouts including movement prep and cool down stretches. Workouts typically change every two weeks. Daily app workout check-ins. Adjustments weekly if needed.

-May choose home-based or gym-based workouts
-Home workouts need a stability ball and at least one set of dumbbells
Programs have a heavy focus on strength training with some High Intensity Interval Training to maximize fat loss and increase muscle tone.
